Terms & Conditions From Mayhem Entertainment Rhodes Greece

Terms & Conditions do not contravene Greek or E.U law for the supply of equipment and entertainment within the European Union. 

Products & Entertainment

We try to ensure that the product you receive from us. Is exactly as described. On all advertising. Sales material. Adverts & web pages. However, a substitute system will be provided. This will be of similar performance. This is due to damage or failure. Similarly, we will provide you with a substitute DJ or entertainer. This would be because of illness, or accident. Or an unforeseen circumstance beyond our control.

Booking Fees / Full Payments

We charge a booking fee for all rentals. Without this. The booking is not confirmed. The price is subject to change until payment has been made. Booking fees are for background work. Organization and pre-booked logistics. This will also secure your function (party-hire) date.
(BOOKING FEES ARE SUBJECT TO BOOKING OVER 1 YEAR IN ADVANCE). Bookings for the same year will may be charged at 100% of the total price with V.A.T  (24%). This is because of time limits for organisation & logistics. We can only take a certain amount of bookings. We may have to refuse other such bookings. The booking fee is non-refundable. Due to translations and terminology the term “booking fee” may have been referred to as a deposit or deposits.

Audio & Lighting Equipment Hire

All rentals are subject to deliberate breakage clauses. Damage to our equipment from the user or person that booked the equipment. Will be charged at the local rate for replacement at retail cost. Accidental damage or equipment failure will not be charged. We have the right to refuse equipment or entertainment. To any person that may harm. Or deliberately cause damage. 

Payments Terms & Conditions

We accept payment via Uk & International Bank Transfer, PayPal, Wise, Paxum, Revolut, and Cash. Plus all major credit & debit cards Some charges may apply. All payments for services and equipment hire are non-refundable booking fees.

Threats & Security (For Your Safety & Ours)

Any threats made around or toward our staff will be treated seriously and dealt with by the local authorities. This will result in the entertainment being terminated immediately. If a threatening altercation occurs at any show between guests/ tourists. Our staff will stop the music & remove all audio and lighting equipment. from the premises. Terminating the entertainment for the event. In the event of an altercation, verbal or physical the evening will be terminated. If the representative of Mayhem Entertainment or Rhodes Wedding Dj agrees to continue. This will be treated as a separate booking & the full fee will be required before commencing 
No refunds will be given. The entertainment is therefore terminated. Damage to equipment will be charged to the person that paid for the event at the highest rate possible.
This does not include all accidental damages. The reason for damage will be determined by the member of Mayhem Entertainment or Rhodes Wedding DJ, that is present at the event.
